To meet our continuing growth, we are seeking an experienced senior recruiter with extensive experience in 360°recruitment to assist our growth by accessing and attracting locally and internationally available talent in Care Services.
About your responsibilities:
- 360°recruitment role managing advertising, sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and
- onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing and selecting candidates from the international and local markets.
- Manage and maintain job boards.
- Manage and maintain applicant databases.
- Draft, negotiate and manage employee contracts.
- Draft, negotiate and manage RSA (Recruitment Services Agreements) with local and international recruitment agencies.
- Independent written and verbal communications.
About you:
You will have:
- At least 10 years’ experience in international and local recruitment dealing with
- candidates from various nationalities, races and ethnicities.
- Experience in a similar role in recruitment.
- Experience and exposure in a multi-cultural environment.
- Experience with the application of HR practices and policies.
- Professional organizing and administrative skills.
- Proven organizing and influencing skills.
