Since then, with the help of his brother and a team of equally passionate and experienced people, Deivian has grown into a national endeavor, partnering with like-minded people and industry professionals, who share that goal of forwarding change and making a real difference in the lives of others.

With 25 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Gavin decided to join the disability sector bringing along with him his exceptional customer service skills and experience. His knowledge of hospitality has given him a unique perspective of approaching clients with a strong empathetic mindset, elevating them as the number one priority, above all else.
Now, four years on in the disability sector, Gavin is constantly seeking to learn new information and practices regarding the NDIS, to improve his own work ethic and leadership skills. His practical experience has proven to be invaluable with guiding and informing all other departments on how to approach clients with respect and dignity, always highlighting that the client is essential to progressing the business further.
Working hard every day to assist participants navigate the NDIS and bring their goals to life, he strives to make a positive difference in his role as General Manager at Deivian Care Services.
With over four decades of experience in General Management, Strategy Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Operation Management, Project Management, Product Management, David has a proven and effective record in commercial and corporate roles with strong business management skills.
He was instrumental in setting up a wholly owned Subsidiary of a German MNC in India and was its first Autonomous Managing Director.
Adding to his professional experience, David also has a decade experience as a volunteer in Aged Care facilities developing a good understanding of the health, physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and daily living challenges the elderly face daily.
With his strong conviction to make a difference in the lives of the vulnerable, especially the elderly and the disabled, he aims to provide the business with the tools necessary to provide a holistic approach to their needs; tools that empower our clients to participate fully in society and achieve their goals.
With over 15 years of experience as a taxation consultant and owner of her own tax practice, Raewyn is an expert in accounting and finance. She has also held executive roles in large corporations such as AFFCO NZ , DRG Canon and the Nikau Group.
Since 2021, she has been leading the Finance and Admin Division of Deivian after moving to Australia.
She has also been active in the community, volunteering for various charitable causes and supporting local businesses.
Raewyn is passionate about creating value for her customers and stakeholders and strives to deliver high-quality products and services that meet their needs and expectations. She is always looking for new opportunities and challenges, and believes in innovation, collaboration, and excellence as the keys to success.
We ensure that we work with people who genuinely believe in making a difference and who aim to bring more compassion and care into the world.
We also seek out to work with companies who share the same values and philosophies as we do, building a network of care to support our clients.
In 2023, we've expanded our operations to officially include NSW and WA as part of the regions we service, through our acquisition of Choice Consultancy.
With Choice, we aim to provide the same level of care and expertise for our NDIS participants and expand on the goals first established by founder and Paralympian Lynda Holt.
