David Gayen - CEO
David is the current CEO of Deivian, bringing over four decades of expertise in General Management, Strategy Planning, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Project Management, and Product Management.
His career is marked by a proven track record of effective leadership and strong business management skills across commercial and corporate roles.
David was pivotal in establishing a wholly owned subsidiary of a German multinational corporation in India, where he served as its first Autonomous Managing Director, leading the venture to success and growth.
Beyond his corporate achievements, David has spent a decade as a volunteer in Aged Care facilities, gaining a deep understanding of the health, emotional, and daily living challenges faced by the elderly. This experience has significantly shaped his compassionate leadership style.
As CEO, David is committed to driving the company’s mission of providing a holistic approach to meeting the needs of the vulnerable, especially the elderly and disabled. His vision is to equip the business with the tools to empower clients to fully participate in society and achieve their personal goals.
Gavin Chater - General Manager
With 25 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Gavin decided to join the disability sector bringing along with him his exceptional customer service skills and experience. His knowledge of hospitality has given him a unique perspective of approaching clients with a strong empathetic mindset, elevating them as the number one priority, above all else.
Now, four years on in the disability sector, Gavin is constantly seeking to learn new information and practices regarding the NDIS, to improve his own work ethic and leadership skills. His practical experience has proven to be invaluable with guiding and informing all other departments on how to approach clients with respect and dignity, always highlighting that the client is essential to progressing the business further.
Working hard every day to assist participants navigate the NDIS and bring their goals to life, he strives to make a positive difference in his role as General Manager at Deivian Care Services.
Lynda Holt - National Business Development Manager
Lynda Holt is the National Business Development Manager at Deivian, bringing her extensive leadership experience to the role. Previously the CEO of Choice Consultancy, Lynda successfully guided the company through its merger with Deivian, and has remained on board to drive national growth and business development strategies.
A former Paralympian, Lynda’s lived experience with Spina Bifida and her lifelong use of a wheelchair have profoundly shaped her perspective as a leader and advocate. Her personal journey gives her a unique understanding of the needs of the disabled community, driving her passion to create impactful solutions that enhance accessibility and empowerment.
Lynda’s expertise in both business development and disability advocacy makes her an invaluable asset in Deivian’s mission to provide client-centered services across Australia. She remains committed to expanding Deivian’s reach, ensuring that the company continues to provide high-quality, inclusive services for all.
Raewyn Lui - Admin and Accounts Manager
With over 15 years of experience as a taxation consultant and owner of her own tax practice, Raewyn is an expert in accounting and finance. She has also held executive roles in large corporations such as AFFCO NZ , DRG Canon and the Nikau Group.
Since 2021, she has been leading the Finance and Admin Division of Deivian after moving to Australia.
She has also been active in the community, volunteering for various charitable causes and supporting local businesses.
Raewyn is passionate about creating value for her customers and stakeholders and strives to deliver high-quality products and services that meet their needs and expectations. She is always looking for new opportunities and challenges, and believes in innovation, collaboration, and excellence as the keys to success.
