Your Rights

  • The right to be treated with respect     
  • The right to be part of decision making of your plan
  • The right to involve an advocate of your choice
  • The right to privacy and confidentiality
  • The right to be free from any neglect and abuse
  • The right to complaint of the services without any reprisal
  • The right to receive a quality service
  • The right to have an interpreter when needed
  • The right to be free from discrimination

Responsibilities

  • As a client of Deivian Products & Services you have the responsibility to respect the privacy of others attending the services (including information shared in group programs)
  • Participate in your care by informing your support worker of all relevant information. If you do not understand the information you are given please ask to have it explained.
  • To treat our staff member/your caregiver with courtesy.
  • To enable Deivian Products & Sevrices to provide agreed services.
  • To provide a safe work environment for our staff members.
  • Contact us if your circumstances have changed affecting your ability to attend appointments.
  • Provide notice of unavailability or if you require a change of  appointment time as soon as possible. A minimum of 24 hours is requested where possible.
