Since we do not employ Case Managers or facilitators, we dot not arrange funding for clients or participants.
If you or someone you know requires care for any condition, and they have access to funding either from the NDIS or My Aged Care for one or more support workers/carers, contact Deivian Products and Services.
We’re also happy to talk with Case Managers, facilitators, social workers, parents or anyone interested in assisting families make the process of employing support workers simpler.
When you decide to come on board with us, we will supply you with a welcome pack that contains all the relevant documents. These include an intake form, where we get to know you and your funding arrangements a bit better.
A consent form and service agreement will also be required for you to sign, indicating to us that we have your consent to collect and store your information while we service you, and indicating that type of services we will provide you with.
It is a clear, simple process, done in person with you should you request it.
Aged Care clients will have similar forms to sign, but this may differ on a case by case basis.
Once you’ve signed up with Deivian Products and Services, you can start being serviced by your chosen support workers.
