Once your funding is in place, we can prepare and send your service agreement within 48 hours.


What types of support does Deivian Care Services provide?

We offer a wide range of NDIS supports including:
Core supports include personal care, domestic cleaning, transport, and community access, as Well as social support and companionship. We also provide Nursing services, Support coordination, High-intensity and complex support, and Palliative care assistance.


Are your support workers qualified to provide NDIS services?

Yes. All our support workers hold either a Certificate III in Individual Support or a Certificate IV in Disability or Ageing Support, meeting NDIS compliance requirements.


Can I choose my support worker?

Absolutely. We believe the right match makes all the difference. We work with you to understand your preferences and connect you with a support worker who fits your needs and personality.


Do you provide support outside regular business hours?

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on your plan and needs.



How quickly can services start once approval is in place?

If your Home Care Package is approved and funding is active, we can start services and have your service agreement ready within 48 hours.


What services does Deivian Care offer under Aged Care?

At Deivian Care Services, we provide a comprehensive range of in-home aged care supports designed to help you live comfortably and independently. Our services include personal care such as showering, grooming, and dressing; domestic assistance like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation; and support with transport and shopping. We also offer social companionship, medication support, nursing services, and specialised care during palliative or end-of-life stages. Every service is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and respect for your individual needs.


Are your carers trained and qualified?

Yes. Our team members are qualified with Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or related fields. All staff meet My Aged Care compliance standards and undergo regular training.


Can I choose the type of services I receive?

Absolutely. We work with you to develop a personalised care plan based on your needs, goals, and preferences—no one-size-fits-all approach.


Does Deivian Care Services have a care manager I can speak to about clinical or ongoing needs?

Yes, we have an in-house nurse who stays in touch to help you understand changes in the aged care system and keep track of your health and support needs. You’ll always have a reliable point of contact.



What is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination helps you understand and use your NDIS plan effectively. A Support Coordinator works with you to connect with service providers, build your confidence, and make sure your supports are working for you.


What can a Support Coordinator help me with?

A Support Coordinator can help you:

  • Understand your NDIS plan
  • Find and connect with the right service providers
  • Coordinate multiple supports (including informal, funded, and mainstream services)
  • Resolve issues with services or funding
  • Prepare for NDIS reviews and changes


Who can get Support Coordination?

Support Coordination is included in some NDIS plans under Capacity Building supports. If you’re not sure if it’s in your plan, we can help you check and request it if needed.


How is Support Coordination different from Case Management?

Support Coordination focuses on building your independence and capacity to manage your supports over time. It’s not about managing day-to-day tasks, but empowering you to take control of your services and decisions.


How do I get started with a Support Coordinator from Deivian Care Services?

Getting started is easy. Once we confirm Support Coordination is part of your NDIS plan, we can begin with the necessary paperwork. We will assign a coordinator who fits your needs and goals.

What qualifications do I need to apply?

We prefer candidates who hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care. However, we also consider applicants with other relevant qualifications, or even those who may not have formal certification but bring strong hands-on experience in the field.

Does Deivian Care Services offer fixed shifts?

Yes. Once you’re assigned to a client, your shifts will be scheduled on a weekly or fortnightly basis in advance, often covering the next few months or even up to a full year. This helps you plan your time and maintain a stable work-life balance. We also offer one-off or ad-hoc shifts, which are optional and based on your availability.


Does Deivian Care Services provide training?

Absolutely. We offer both online training and classroom-based sessions to make sure our team members are confident, well-prepared, and able to deliver care that’s truly personalised to each client’s needs.



How do I file a complaint about a service received?

You can file a complaint by visiting the Complaints section on our website or by contacting us directly with a message. You can also email us at info@deivian.com.au or call the service coordinator assigned to you to share your concerns verbally. We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve issues promptly.


I have specific cultural or language requirements. Can Deivian Care Services accommodate these?

Yes, we do our best to respect and meet your cultural and language needs. We work closely with you to provide support that aligns with your background and preferences.


I’m unsure how to get an aged care package. Can Deivian Care Services help?

Absolutely. We offer free guidance to help you connect with My Aged Care and assist you in making a request for a package. We also support you throughout the navigation of the aged care system.


What if I need urgent support or help outside of regular hours?

We understand urgent needs can arise. While some services may be scheduled, we strive to offer flexibility and can discuss options for after-hours or emergency support depending on your circumstances.


How does Deivian Care Services ensure client privacy and confidentiality?

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information is handled with strict confidentiality, following all relevant privacy laws and policies to protect your data.
