Our founder, Vivian Chater, brought years of business experience and a heart for community, shaped by years of volunteering in his local church and other institutions. Deivian wasn’t built to be just another care provider. It was built to change the standard of care.
Since 2018, Deivian Care Services has been delivering support that’s deeply human. Our founder, Vivian Chater, set a clear standard from day one: everyone on the team must understand who our clients are, not just on paper, but in real life. That means walking in their shoes, listening closely, and staying connected to the everyday challenges they face. We’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, different cultures, different needs and different goals. And as the NDIS and My Aged Care systems continue to evolve, so do we. We stay ahead of changes, build internal knowledge, and act when things go wrong because advocacy is part of the job. We don’t chase numbers, we build trust. Most of our growth has come through word of mouth, which tells us we’re getting the most important thing right: people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
Today, we’re a team of more than 100 professionals, supporting clients across Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New South Wales. We’re a registered NDIS provider and also support clients in Aged Care sector. But most importantly, we’re here to do things differently.
We believe real care is personal. It’s not about checklists or systems, it’s about listening, understanding, and tailoring support to fit the individual.

- Integrity – doing the right thing, always.
- Tailored Care – Care built around real lives and not templates.
- Clarity – giving people the information they need & when they need it.
- Accessibility – being easy to reach, and even easier to talk to.
At Deivian, care is not a service. It’s a mindset. And when you get it right, it changes everything. If you’re looking for a provider that’s genuinely community-driven, we’d love to hear from you.

We believe that every individual deserves not only high-quality care but also compassion, respect, and the opportunity to live with dignity and independence. Our values reflect this belief:
- Sensitivity : We see those we support as part of our extended family. That’s why we approach every interaction with empathy, warmth, and genuine care — not just professionalism. Our sensitivity to each person’s needs is what sets us apart.
- Responsiveness : We understand that timely support can make a world of difference. Our team acts quickly and thoughtfully, recognising the urgency and importance of every situation.
- Empowerment : We don’t just provide assistance — we support our clients in building the confidence and independence they need to reach their personal goals and live life on their terms.
- Respect : We honour the privacy, values, and identities of every individual we work with, regardless of their cultural, religious, or socioeconomic background. Respect is at the heart of all our relationships.
- Quality Service : We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care. We never compromise on quality and continually strive to exceed expectations, ensuring our clients feel valued and fully supported.
- Flexibility : Our services evolve with our clients’ needs. We listen, adapt, and customise our support to ensure it remains relevant, responsive, and meaningful at every stage.
